We are a not-for-profit, membership-based organization centering on fitness and family-oriented programs.
We have an ongoing need for volunteers in all areas: office help, preschool, after school programs, day camp programs, aquatics, youth sports and gymnastics.

We provide services to children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families.
We have an ongoing need for volunteers. You can help to “Create Solutions and Change Lives” by becoming a volunteer. Activities include: rocking babies, working with the “Kids Can” program and assisting with special events.
